Hi, I'm Brooke.
I am in the middle or more exactly back at the beginning of my novel with hopes to also publish a short volume of poetry later this year. I am hoping I will get some encouragement and a kick up the arse from this forum! I would rather read all day than go back to my blasted novel at the moment so any criticism would really help. Am looking forward to networking with other writers out there!
well I love how your honest with the kick up the arse bit. I have the same sort of problem I have started so many times that when I go back to it I end up rewriting the same chapter thinking I can make it better, then I lose the story. In the end I end up with a book in hand, I fool myself that its research.
I know nothing about poetry but can't wait to see some of your novel. Us West Ausies need to stick together. he he
