hi there, i'm a newbie to the board. i'm currently living in hanoi, vietnam, but i'm from melbourne, australia. i'm a full time mum at the moment to a lively 2 year old and have been trying to squeeze in some writing while he naps.

I have to ask, why red?

I don't have any children, but know they can be quite a handful. Hang in there, I'm sure he'll have a nap soon and then you can write.

i love the colour red and i'm always playing with crayons so...

and you're right, amy, yellow crayon doesn't have the same ring.
