I love it, right from the first page it had some great ideas. one which i'd love to share is increasing you vocabulary but not by increasing the amount of big word you know, but by increasing the number of words you already know to discribe a place.
For example
this workshop = internet page, forum, motivation, alike mind,
house = abode, residence, home, dewelling
well you get the idea. this is definately a book i would recommend
